£30,507 – £33,799 +Local Government Pension 

Hours 8am-4pm

We have a very exciting opportunity for a new Operations Manager to join an education centre in North London .

Working in an established school with a dynamic team of educators this is a great opportunity to join one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the UK in a vital role.

This education centre exists to provide a rich and balanced educational environment which caters for the whole person.

Their task is to serve the students, as well as provide a learning hub for the entire community. In this way they raise aspirations, unlock potential and work to achieve excellence through encouraging a ‘can do’ culture which nurtures confident and competent people.

The education centre boasts state of the art facilities and a unique community environment. They have outstanding facilities across two Campuses including 250-seat theatre, performing arts suites, specialist laboratories for science and technology; construction and motor vehicle workshops, hair and beauty suite and extensive sports facilities on both Campuses.

They are looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join the team in providing operational leadership across HR, community usage, administration and operations support in the School .

Critical to the smooth running of the School this role will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations.

The role will provide support to the Principal ensuring that all requests relating to non-teaching matters are managed effectively, including any administrative support that is considered necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have line management experience.

Have relevant knowledge of HR (CIPD qualified), Finance and other operational support services.

The ability to handle potentially difficult situations is essential as is flexibility, confidentiality and ability to cope under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Be driven and self-motivated.

Be committed to the vision and values of the college.
